Coaching

Sometimes we get stuck. It happens. Some of us just need a little coaching to help us move forward. Coaching is about forward movement. Coaching is about creating new mindsets, new habits and equipping you with new tools to move your life, business and relationships forward. If you feel like you’ve been benched too long in this season of your life, business or relationship, a coach is just what you need to help you get back in the game and win.

Coaching is not therapy. We are meeting you in your “now”. Therapy can help you deal with past trauma and might be recommended by your coach. Coaches do often work with therapists, peer specialists and other professionals to help you achieve your new momentum.



Self-Care Workshops

Self-care workshops are designed for groups who are looking to learn new techniques to keep them going and help to avoid burnout and fatigue. We tailor our workshops to your specific group’s needs. Self-care looks different for all of us as individuals but there are self care techniques that can address specific groups. We have worked with nurse, social worker, guidance counselor groups, just to name a few. Talk to us about your specific group and let us tailor a workshop for your group.
